What Does it Mean to be a Black-Owned Event Decorator?

My husband Frank (co-owner of the company), and I are devoted to preserving our roots, our tradition, and the memory of those who came before us since we are a black-owned business. It also means that we help other underserved, underrepresented, and frequently invisible populations and that we think it is important to give back to the neighborhood, other black-owned businesses, and businesses with a diverse clientele.
